Its pretty simple, in the catalog manager, select the catalog rules button on the right. Under the first tab, “pricing”, there is a dropdown to select your markup type. Just select flat dollar on wholesale cost and you should be good to ad it. It also shows on the product details when you view the applied catalog rules to see why the price is what it is.
