I believe that there is an option within Woocommerce, it’s a little icon next to the categories for uploading images.

All of this really depends on how your supplier communicates that info. You supplier should notify you and your customer that an order has been shipped. The tracking info is pushed from the supplier back into the Order on the Inventory Source order manager dashboard.
