    Recently upgraded to one of the order automation plans and was curious how I’m notified that an order has been shipped? Also, do I have to send the tracking information to the customer manually or does inventory source do that?

    All of this really depends on how your supplier communicates that info. You supplier should notify you and your customer that an order has been shipped. The tracking info is pushed from the supplier back into the Order on the Inventory Source order manager dashboard.
