    If I set up my Inventory Source category mapping to how I have it in my Shopify store, will those products automatically be loaded into my Shopify categories?

    The parent categories from IS push over to Shopify as Collections. The subcategories push over as Tags. Its up to you to decide how you want to sort your Collections and Tags on Shopify.
