I just had this exact same issue and it depends on the supplier. You’ll want to contact them and ask how they are going to give you access to the new products. If they are providing the product data via a custom file they may chose to add the newly approved products to your existing file, or they might chose to provide you with a new custom file. If they give you a new file, Inventory Source will need that new file information. If they update the existing file, the new product data will be uploaded during the next sync.
